Your own private Hot tub and Sauna

On your doorstep is your very own Hot tub and outside Sauna and if you are brave enough, you can cool off in Loch Tay from the privacy of your own beach. We thoroughly recommend this hot-cold hydrotherapy treatment and once you have experienced it for yourself, you will understand why.

Much has been made of the health benefits of sauna bathing, for good reason. The body’s response to gentle persistent heat is well documented, physically nothing is more reinvigorating than a deep, healthy sweat. Tension fades, muscles unwind, mentally we relax, stresses are released in the warmth and stillness. Our aches and pains are soothed, our skin is cleansed and it feels good! 

It is the perfect way to relax and is known to induce deep sleep, just what you need when you away are on holiday.
